It is a legal requirement to provide an EPC for any premises available for let after the 4th January 2009. As a landlord you have to be able to show any tenant an EPC for your property.
If you need an EPC for a property please contact us for a quote - our rates start at £50 + VAT.
We are happy to offer evening and weekend site visits to suit you; the inspection takes about 30 minutes.
If necessary we can provide your certificate on the same day.
You may be liable for a £200 fine for not having an EPC.
